Arletis Garcia graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor's in Special Education. She is devoted to her specialty because it allows her to help different children with special needs to achieve a life as independently as possible. During her training, she learned that working with children and adolescents with special needs would give her the opportunity to positively influence their lives. Arletis started her journey as a teacher for children with Special Needs, then she became a Behavior Therapist & Speech Therapist in a Center of Diagnosis and Orientation. Moreover, she continued her studies and obtained a Masters of Science, specializing in Special Education, at Nova University. Years later she graduated as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She is currently a Senior Supervisor for Health of Mind and Psychology & Beyond.
