Randolph Seivane earned his certification as a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst on May 25, 2021. Before this notable achievement, he dedicated five years as a Registered Behavior Technician. In December 2022, Randolph graduated with a bachelor's degree from Florida International University. His foray into the realm of ABA has been filled with unexpected challenges but even greater rewards. Randolph's passion for the ABA field was ignited by witnessing firsthand the transformative progress his clients made towards independence, particularly through the use of Functional Communication Training interventions combined with Differential Schedules of Reinforcement.
